Format

Intro Youth Clinics are designed for athletes 8-12 years old with 0-2 years of volleyball experience. We group athletes together by age and then experience level so that they are appropriately challenged.

What to Expect?

Roots Intro Youth Clinics are for beginner to intermediate level boys volleyball players who are looking to develop the fundamentals of the sport of volleyball while also getting "gameplay" experience. Coaches will provide a comprehensive learning environment to teach and train our athletes in the thrilling sport of volleyball!

Each session focuses on one hour of skill development and 30 minute of modified gameplay.
